Our Story
Teaside Tapioca was born from a simple belief: that a good bubble tea shouldn't require a flight to Asia. We wanted to bring that same level of care — the same attention to the chew, the brew, the balance — to Galveston.
Every batch of tapioca pearls is made in-house. We simmer them slow, rinse them right, and never let them sit. The result is a texture you can actually taste the difference of — springy, tender, never mushy.
Our teas are sourced from small producers and brewed fresh throughout the day. Our pastries come from local bakers who share our obsession with quality ingredients. Everything on our counter has a reason to be there.
